You don’t need your own CRM. Every Mektra plan includes a custom CRM environment that we set up and manage for you. If you're on the Enterprise plan, we can also integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive as part of a custom deployment.
You can use your own domain or choose burner domains managed by Mektra. We handle DNS configuration, inbox warm-up, and deliverability optimization to protect your sender reputation and improve inbox placement.
We offer done-for-you outreach through our Cold Outreach Engine and SDR add-on. This includes list building, email writing, inbox warmup, cold calls, follow-ups, and booked meetings. Everything is managed inside your Mektra CRM.
We set up DNS records, configure dedicated sending domains, and run warmup automations to improve deliverability. This helps your emails avoid spam folders and land in the inbox where they belong.

This is a limited, high-impact engagement—and pricing increases based on demand and availability.
The SDR Team Add-On gives you trained reps who cold call leads, qualify prospects, and book meetings for you. Each rep can make up to 200 calls per day, with reporting and oversight handled by Mektra’s leadership.
The SDR Team Add-On starts at $20,000/month for a team of 5 reps. Each additional rep is $5,000/month. This includes full management, custom scripts, dialers, and performance tools.
We deploy SDRs in teams of five to ensure call volume, consistency, and oversight. If you need fewer reps, consider starting with our Founder-led Dialing add-on or booking a consultation to discuss custom options.
