Mektra® is looking for a sharp Business Analyst to help diagnose inefficiencies and drive smarter systems for our clients. You’ll work directly with founders, sales leaders, and internal teams to map workflows, surface insights, and recommend scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Interview stakeholders to understand business goals and process pain points
  • Analyze workflows across sales, ops, and marketing systems
  • Translate requirements into SOPs, process docs, or automation specs
  • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations backed by data
  • Support CRM optimization, outreach strategy, and RevOps initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, RevOps, or Sales Ops role
  • Solid understanding of business processes and systems (especially sales + service flows)
  • Excellent communication skills—clear thinking and crisp documentation
  • Experience with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, or Zapier is a plus
  • Bonus: familiarity with automation, dashboards, or CRM data architecture
